GM Fast Burn Heads...

Has anybody installed these heads on an LT1?
Can they be ported to flow above average? Like 275-280 CFM @ .550 or so?
Of course I'm aware that they need to be converted to reverse cooling.

Re: GM Fast Burn Heads...

They are to LT4 heads what Vortecs are to iron LT1 heads, a standard coolant flow version. So converting those heads to reverse flow would be foolish because GM made them for the LT1 block and called them LT4 heads. Besides a good porter can get the numbers you quoted out of LT1 heads anyway.
