is this a Good deal on headers

Found some LT pacesetters for $150, i have to meet the guy. What do you all think? I know depends on the condition, Seller states they were installed and didn't fit his car, Part #70-2235

They are newly painted (black shipping paint) so hard to tell from the pictures. Are there many deals like this around?

That's a little less than 1/2 price of new, so if they are in good condition then it's a good deal.

What is "black shipping paint"? Frankly, I would hesitate to paint headers, which can become pretty hot. If you don't care what they look like, I guess they will work ok if they fit.

My druthers would be either steel with ceramic coating or Stainless with ceramic coating.

I understand the chrome ceramic is a good choice, however black ceramic is best for really hot engines, like supercharged or turbos.

IMHO, if your going to go with LT headers, make sure they are not a POS, since it takes work to install them. I understand the Paces are a good fit, if you can find some in good condition.

make sure the flanges are straight. Other than that, I guess it is an OK deal... You'll need a Y-pipe too..

My only concern would be with the "shipping paint."
