Got some codes that will Confuse you.....

I've been having trouble with my car intermittently for a couple of years now. There are times when I start it up and it's running soo rough that it stalls out. Then there are situations like today when I'm on the highway and it starts running rough and cuts out. The check engine light had been coming on and going off but now it's been on for about a month or so. I've got a scan tool and the codes are below, but I dont know what to make of them, or how to make any sense of what to look at first. I told the dealer about it last year and they said everything looked ok and they thought it might be the EGR valve, but they tested it and it was working fine, but I took it out and cleaned it out anyway. I also replaced the EGR solenoid thinking that could be it. The scan tool is no use to me not being able to utilize it to the fullest, so if anyone can take a look and let me know if they've had any similar problems I'd appreciate it. I've got codes from Jan and Codes from now.

Looks like you had an intermittent PCM ground on that last batch, since they all happened simultaneously. Or possibly an internal fault in the PCM.

I was thinking about sending the PCM away to PCMforless to get the tune, think anything there will help? Do you think I need a new PCM? if so, what do they go for?

I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that you need a new PCM without verifying that all the PCM and engine grounds are sound.

I cleared all the codes from the computer the other day and then yesterday the check engine light came back on while I was driving, but this time I didnt have any rough running. Here are the codes I took now.
