To the guys in hawaii...
I usually spin a little to a ~2.3 60' when I give it half throttle off the line with my 2.73's! I have kumho street tires at 30psi all around right now. What kind of 60' times can I expect at HRP with nitto 245/50/16 on stock salad shooters with my minor mods?

friggin regular street asphalt has more grip than our race track at HRP.
my brand new SZ50EPs hook better on the street than there.
i could only get a 2.3 also last month.
good news: friend with 02 Z28 auto and 245 Nitto drags did a 1.8 60' and 12.95 w/ lid, cutout, 3.42s, and a reprogram

Well haven't had a chance to go out yet. Everytime I try something happens. But my friend just won the street shootout with his 02 SS. Ran a 10.89 and did on on Nitto DR's. He likes them better than the slicks. But yeah our track sucks. I used to race drag bikes out there about 8 years ago and we needed VHT everytime even with slicks. But my stock Z out of the showroom with Goodyear GSC's did a 14.2 with a 2.1 60'. Hooked great, but once you add some power the track blows.
