I was thinking about it today, and I started noticing all of this after I got my MadZ28 tune, could that maybe be the culprit?

Well this morning that car started fine, but this afternoon when I left school it did the same thing. I am stumped.

You may want to check your engine coolant temperature sensor, if it has one. On my (whisper) mustang, it was defective and causing the engine to flood when starting because the ECM thought it was -20 degrees Farenheit. We don't see those temperature in Oklahoma.
