Header Question (Sorry if too lengthy)

Re: Header Question (Sorry if too lengthy)
I went with the Pacesetter LTs, here are some pros/cons that I noted with them.
Pros: Cheapest long tube on the market, very good spark plug access, very good power gains, and the slip-fit design yields better ground clearance.
Cons: The ceramic coating started to rust in less then a year, the EGR tube interfered with the tranny dipstick, and the steering shaft rubbed on the drivers side header.

Re: Header Question (Sorry if too lengthy)
2000GTP, mine doesnt touch the steering shaft, so try replacing your motor mounts. Mine has never rubbed.
And FWIW, I can back him up on the plug access thing. I can do all the driver side plugs in 30 mins. if that, #2 and #6 can be tricky if you dont have a nice set of tools at home. If your fortunate enough to have them, do what I did and use two universals for #2.
