headers

how can I get lt's with still being able to pass inspection in nj and what are the best ones to get I will also be having them coated by jet-hot

Longtubes won't pass a visual inspection in NJ because you have to move the catalytic convertor. If you can keep them from looking under the car, and you get the LT's with the AIR and EGR tubes, you should pass provided you're running a cat. Just depends on if you want to take the chance of spending the cash on the LT's and then failing.

well i just got the car inspected like 2 weeks ago and noone looked under the car and would most people at a garage not dmv bother looking under the car and if i get lt's what else do I need like y pipe and also do hiflow cats have any bad things about them like similar to not having cats.

I also saw that longtubes have a lower ground clearance are some better than others for that my car is not lowered now but I might in the future. But either way I need some more names of headers

i'm in NJ, my car technically is not legal either cuz the cats are moved. But my experience is, IF they do look under your car all they do is slide a mirror under it and check if you HAVE cats. I doubt those guys know where the cats are supposed to be on every car, i didn't see them use any computer programs that tell them either...............
