Headers and O2 sensors

Ok I'm lookin to put in some Hooker LT's soon and was wondering if I should replace all 4 of my O2 sensors with the dummies, or keep the two on the headers and just replace the back two with dummies? ANother thing, I'm goin to be deleting my cats too. And the car is a 96 with the dual cat setup and OBDII. Thanx

You can not easily delete the two "pre-cat" sensors. The PCM needs the feedback from these sensors to control the air/fuel ratio. You could remove them and run open loop, but that is generally not a good idea, producing poor fuel mileage and potential rich or lean problems. The PCM will not be able to respond to modifications.

If you delete the cats, you must either use the "sims" in the two "after-cat" positions, or you need to have the after-cat sensors programmed out of the PCM.
