Hear knocking sometimes?
My car has been like this for about maybe since last summer.. I dont take it out that often, its a collector.
It's bafles me, when I turn it on and worm it up its fine. Take off, good. Car always runs great. After a little while I would hear it, it comes and goes.. Especialy when I have it gear...
It drives me nuts when the sound comes and goes.. And like I said only in gear.. Could aftermarket March pulleys do it? I just cant think what it would be. I know knocking noise is not good, but doesnt that have to be constant knock in order to think that it could be a big problem..
Any Ideas?

What is your oil pressure gauge reading at hot idle in gear?
That should probably tell you if you should look at the engine or start looking else where depending on the pressure

I have been lookin at my gauges everytime I take it out. It looks good, cant remember where exactly to pin point the presure in hot idle in gear. What would that mean as far as technical term on diferent presure points if that is the case.

Took it out today. Oil presure when car wormed up at half way on idle. It was knocking again. Also this time it was rare, it knocked in park. I just cant tell were it is if its internal or not.
