heater core replacement

heater core replacement

what's the best way to replace a heater core?

exact steps would be REALLY helpfull.

On the passenger side.....remove the glove box ( 2 to 3 screws underneath ). Take it out by pinching the box together. Remove the panel off underneath the box. You will see 4 to 5 screws (5mm) on the cover to the heater core and remove. In the engine bay on the passengerside firewall you will see 2 hoses going into it. Remove them. If their stuck use a small channel lock wrench and grip it and turn back and forth to break loose. Take out heater core. Piece of cake. 30 minutes tops. Hope this helps.
