I had your problem before WITH my airdam in place. What it was was the plastic baffle that is located just below the wiper fluid resevoir. There are these plastic push in pins that hold it in place, if the pins came out, the plastic baffle will push down at highway speeds and lay flat across the radiator, and temps will rise. If you slow down the plastic piece returns to "normal" and no longer is up blocking the radiator.

To find it, pop the hood, look down below past the water resevoir. You can also look under the car and folllow tip of the nose back, to the first joint. That joint is where the 3 pins that hold that "baffle" are. Hope this helps

he lowered it himself. it doesn't have no ground affects.
