I would do non self aligning and use the trickflow guideplates. I have comp hardened pushrods and comp pro mag 1.6's, with a cc306 and the Crande 10308 spring kit, never had any issues.

Basically, im just doing boltons, suspension and and light engine work for right now. Pretty much getting preped, so that when I get serious with the engine work, I'll have a good platform for the motor. Plan on having about a 450 hp 383 with with maybe a 150 shot or if I have the money, a 383 turboed with a 600hp or so goal (anything higher would be cool, but not getting my hopes up lol). So, what would be better for the future (roller rocker wise). I'll be putting the rr's on my current motor, but will eventually have a block to build off of and when the time comes, they'll most likely go on the 383.
