Help!!!!

I just put in a new radiator, and drove it about 12 miles, and now the fans aren't coming on. It's overheating, and water is erupting out of the radiator. I think it's the thermostat is sticking and the fan relay is bad. Any suggestions? HELP!!!!

Does anyone know where the ECT sensor is? It's the engine coolant temp sensor for the fans. Not the one in the water pump. I'm trying to locate this, alldata doesn't give a location!

The one in the pump is the one used by the PCM for controls for things like the fans. The other temp sensor in the engine on the driver side is for the gage only.

Put the AC on and see if the fan comes on. If so, the relay and wiring is obviously ok. You could also monitor the PCM temp to see if it's reading correctly.

Perhaps you didn't bleed the system correctly?

Thanks a lot. Problem solved. Put it on the scan tool, and found a 40 amp fuse to fans, supposed to be 20, blew all 3 relays!
