HELP! Air Conditioner Drain Clogged

My drain plug for the condensation is not draining. When I run the Air Conditioner and make a left turn it drains water into my passanger floorboard. I looked everywhere under thte car for the drain hose, but cannot find it. I pulled the panel off just below the glove compartment and it appears to be draining from the left side of the passanger footwell just under the center dash.

How do I fix this??

Thanks

There is no hose, just a hole for the condensate to drain out. You can do whatever you can to mechanically open it up.
