Help with a Code!

Hi guys, some of you might of seen my other post regarding my CAT...and advised I shouldnt replace the CAT without finding out exactly what's wrong...So i went down to autozone and picked up this:

http://www.actron.com/whats_new_detail.php?id=20

After doing the computer scan it found 2 codes it said

"P1441" and "P1441 Pending" according to the manual the "pending" means its reoccuring or something? i dunno.

Here is a complete list of what it gave me:

2 Codes:

P1441
P1441 PD
MONITORS
3 INC
CATYLST
02 SENSOR
EGR
5 READY
MISFIRE
FUEL
COMP
SEC AIR
02 HTR

Not sure what to make out of this.....Please help. I don't know where to start

The codes are on the site Mike linked. They're under GM codes. Here is a link to the GM site for code definitions:

The canister can start to leak the carbon into the lines and after sometime clog everything. http://shbox.com/1/evap_system.jpg

Shoebox has the LT1-specific codes lists in much easier to use and understand format. OBD-II codes are on a "tab" at the bottom:

http://shbox.com/1/Dtcs.htm

P1441 usually means the purge solenoid is stuck open, or you hooked the purge solenoid vacuum lines lines up incorrectly (switched them).

P0420 means the after-cat sensor on the driver's side is indicating the cat is not working. If you have cats, swap the two after-cat sensor side-to-side. If the problem follows the sensor (P0430) its a a sensor problem. If the problem stays on the driver's side, its a bad cat or a wiring problem.
