Help me Diagnos front end problem

OK, recently I was having a squeel from the brakes at light braking which after driving around would start squeeling constently while driving (this is the right side only). I noticed that if I slammed on the brakes the squeel would go away for awhile.

Yesterday I tore the brakes apart cleaned everything. Put no squeel on the pads. Take it for a drive no squeel but after about 5 miles constent squeeling again. Now when I lightly touch the brakes it goes away WTF. I've done my brakes many times and never had this problem. I'm thinking I have an issue with the caliper itself and I know my rotor is slightly warped I can tell because when I hear the squeeling its intermittent.

Also I seem to have a squeek (coming from the right side) similiar to and old car with bad springs when I change direction of the wheel. This only happens after driving awhile. I think this could be the Caliper binding but I also have an issue with the power steering leaking fluid out of the cap as if its under to much pressure.

I'm sure this is all a result from a spinout I had which I had to replace the front bumper cover had a dent in the oil pan and had a power streering hose leaking.

Any suggestions

Z~

Sounds like the caliper is sticking.
I got a repair kit from autozone with new bolts and rubbers and the metal tubes the bolts run through (not sure what they are called) installed the rubbers and greased the tubes and put it all back together.
Might try that.

I would try beveling the pads on the sides, probly would do the trick.

As for the squeaking on the right side it's possibly one of the balljoints, probly the lower. The OE balljoints come with no grease zerts so when and if the boot rips from about the balljoint it causes the grease to dry up and eventually causes dry metal to metal contact, which is the squeak.

For the power steering over flowing, check to see if it's overfilled. If it's fine then I'd see if it's running hotter than usual, causing the molecules expanding even further causing it to overflow. Double check to see if the lines aren't routed backwards... but that ones a long shot, but you never know...

Thanks for the responce.

Yeah, I thought about maybe the pads making contact on the edge. When I took them apart I noticed that the edge of the pads looked frayed slightly. I have come to the conclusion that may be the problem.

As for the squeek. I don't think its the ball joint (but I will look into it) because this only happens after driving an extended period of time (30 minutes to an hour) then it starts making the squeek.

More than likely I'm going to try and do a C5 brake upgrade and upper/lower control arms and rebuild the rest of the front end since it has 95,000 miles. I changed all the bushing at 40,000 including upper and lower ball joints.
