Welp just got my car back togethor from putting a stall and a new tranny in it and i was letting it warm up and I touched the wiring harness on the passenger side shock tower and it was HOT. I killed the car and got to checking wires and the are 2 brown wires in the wiring harness and one of them is melted and bare wire is showing . I traced the wire and it runs from the fuse block across the radiator support and then to the last pin on on top on the left of the inner plugin on hte passenger side shock tower, then it goes back to the firewall and that is were I stopped.

I need to know what this wire does and were it goes.

Ok I found some info on it I think according to this photo on showbox's website this connector has the fan relay wires in it, but I don't know which on it is.
It is ths connector C100 and the wire is the one all the way on the left of that plug the wire is brown.
