What FP are the injectors rated at? Most are rated at 43.5 and boost referenced they will see more as the boost comes on. I think they will be on the low side of what you need, but if you already have them I think you can run them to see where you are at.
If the injectors a high impedance then you can run a stock computer and get it tuned anywhere. If they are low impedance then you need a convertor to run the stock PCM or aftermarket.

Well, those 65s are probably good for at least 900 HP at the crank. I don't know how you arrived at the 65s---if someone recommended them, I would be curious to know on what basis. 42s are good up to around 600. You will need to have the PCM programmed for the the constant injector pressures.
Once you decide which injector size, you can contact PCMFORLESS and they can probably give you a mail order tune for your setup.

The 65's are good for more like 800HP at the flywheel. A blown engine has a higher brake specific fuel consumption, due to the need to run richer under boost, and to compensate for the fact the blower is pulling power off the nose of the crank.
Get it dyno tuned. You don't run 18# of boost with a mail order tune.
