In addition to the cam kit, I replaced the timing chain and cam/crank gears ($150 for stock replacement), programming from Alvin at pcmforless ($150), miscellaneous parts I broke, plugs and wires ($70), gasket kit ($35), and some other stuff I can't think of off hand right now

I ordered a stock GM replacement timing chain but I didn't know it was also a good idea to replace the cam & crank gears also.
BTW Did you buy new lifters or did you use your stock ones (if so how many miles on them)?
