Exclamation Help w/ installing NON-vented optispark

So since I took the old style optispark off and didn't have a clue where it was positioned do I now have to make sure the #1 cylinder is at TDC and then install the new opti?

Note: I have the new vented one but I don't have the time to swap the cam out to accept the new style optispark.

Thanx, Rob
