Here's a question for all

How come a Camaro ZL1 with 500hp could get 28mpg on the highway but most of us with 300hp don't even come close to that? I get 20mpg on the hwy I wish I could get 28. Is it tuning or the wrong combinations?

It also cost like $95,000. I would saw it is because it has a modded LS1 and because experts spent a lot of time working on it.
