All of there prblems are on the Driverside, the passenger side is clear.
That's correct. On the passenger side there are no worries at all, but on the driver's side the cat will be right underneath some brake lines and fuel lines, too close. I thought I was going to have to give up about an inch of ground clearance to not melt the stuff with the cat, but the guy who made my y-pipe did an excellent job of placing the cat with a piece of curved pipe so that I lost nothing, and the lines won't be melting.

Cats can tame the exhaust quite a bit and the Borla stuff isn't cheap either. The two cats would probably be cheaper than the Borla.
