High Idle/Rough Idle & High Oil Pressure

High Idle/Rough Idle & High Oil Pressure
Unless my car is already hot it starts up and revs to about 1500rpm and slowly lowers to about 1000rpm. After it lowers to 1000 rpm the idle is rough with the oil pressure around 30-40psi
Its not that big of a problem (i dont think?) but if theres a way to fix or if i need to replace my plugs/wire (stock) i'll do that.
