I would think its easier for N2O guys to make the bigger power with stock heads. Boost is a restriction measurement... so you can only push air thru small holes to a certain point before it starts to become less efficient and peak out.
I am hitting the dyno in a couple weeks, and I am shooting for 550rwhp thru stock heads and stock LT1 cast manifolds (used for the turbo kit).
