Hood rubber gasket, will removing it for summer let heat out faster?
And put it back in when I wash the car,and in the winter time?Any benefits?(The big rubber thing that runs along the back of the hood, where the windshield is.Just wondering.)

I wouldnt bother with it, I can totally open the hood for 2 hours and heat will still be coming out, so I dont see how that will help much, unless I misunderstood your question and your talking about while the enigne is running.

If you open the hood when the car is standing still, the only air flow you get will be the natural convection of the hot air rising. With the gasket removed and the car moving at speed, there will extra air flowing through the engine compartment, pulling out some of the heat from the headers and the block.
I did it and the engine compartment was cooler. But if it rains, the water will pour in directly on the PCM, and that can cause problems. I put the gasket back on, just remove it at the thrack.
