Hooker Header Problem!

I have hooker long tube headers on my 97 trans am, well the install was pretty easy and didnt have too many problems. After i put them on i have had a ticking sound from the driver side. I re-tightened all the header bolts and its still there. I thought maybe it was a rocker so i readjusted them several times. Come to find out it is an exhuast leak! Coming from the front primary on the driver side. Everyone with headers knows how the make this front primary removable to make install easier. Well, where the two tubes connect it leaks, pretty bad, and i didnt sand on it or anything to make it fit, slide right on with some convincing....How do i fix this?!?!?!?!?

I used one of those t-bolt clamps. Most marine shops should have them. I've also heard of people having the slip fit welded...
