Hooker, magnaflow, or electronic cutout?

I can get the Maganflow for $290 shipped brand new, so its as cheap as a hooker. Anyone hear a magnaflow or hooker catback on longtubes/no cats? How loud are they, and are they raspy at all? I've been debating on the electronic cutout to keep it a sleeper, then just flip the switch to open it. That would be 180+installation though, so not much money saved there. I can't make up my mind on what to get next? Oh yeah either a catback, or drag radials. Whatever I don't get now I will definatly get in the next couple months.

I am all for sleeper Camaros, so my vote goes to the electric cut-out. Nothing beats the awed looks of the people when you open up the cut-out.

My vote goes for the Electric cutout too.
If you are gonna get one, get the best one out from
www.dmhperformance.com

I have a custom made for my borla (in lue of the plates).
I did a write up on it with pics, here it is:

1) Electric cutout

2) If you were to choose a cat-back, I'd go with the stainless stell Magnaflow

Well i'm very happy with my Hooker catback. I was gonna get the magnaflow at first because it was around the same price plus its stainless steel. But i heard they tend to pop alot. So i got the hooker. But if you want the sleeper effect, i would go with the E-cutout. I'm gonna be getting one soon. I'm getting the DMH one. I wanna scare the S*** out a few people when i want to.

I have the Magnaflow and I'm real happy with it. It only pops once and a while when the car is cold and has been siiting a long while. I had the Flowmaster, didn't like it.

loudmouth is annoyingly loud, sounds like some hillbilly thought it would be cute to make his own exhaust.

if you want sleeper go with hooker AND the cutout. the hooker sounds beautiful and its not loud by any means when cruising. when you get on it, it rumbles real sweet like, and you could open the cutout for a little road rage, or at the track.

Angry Ricers

Ricers are fake. Ok I am done now, just had to get that out.

Magnaflow if not becoming a sleeper, Cutout if you are, stay away from Al systems because of wear, I like my stuff to last a long time.

Dustin

BTW Thotyouknew, you and I should meet up somewhere in OH and get some nice kills for the kills story board. -Evil Laugh- Also I think Altjar lives in Cinci too. Just a thought.
