Bend your rear? Bend an axle maybe?

Sounds like someone has been wathcing too much fast and furious and decided to give tech advice .

What are your symptoms?

well had my car on the lift and those bumpers guards on top of each axle by the wheel, i forget the name, anyways the right wheel has maybe 2 inch clearance, or gap before it would hit the tire, but the left wheel is real close to that bumper guard, doesnt look right, thats what got me thinking maybe i bent the axle somehow, the swaybar looks fine, nothing looks bent, just dont know, is there a way i can see if its out, without having to go to an body shop

Its not uncommon (especially for aftermarket) springs to be off. If an axle was bent, you'd likely feel some vibrations. You can buy rubber coil spacers to "space out" a coil on the shorter spring.

you mean if the springs are weak it would throw the axle out of wack, it doesnt vibrate, tires arent wearing, car doesnt sag to one side, but it looks like the left side is pushed toward the front just a tad from what the spacing looks like from the guards on the axle, i got a tape measure and went from hub to hub on each side, the right side was 101 1/4 and the left side was almost 102 is that normal

Ok...I think I'm reading you now...

It sounds like you panhard rod isn't centering (laterally) the rearend properly. Is the car lowered at all? It is normal for the car to "shift" to one side when lowered. An adjustable panhard rod will fix this.

If it isn';t lowered, it seems strange that it would off to one side, but an adjustable panhard rod could still fix it - assuming I am following you.

hope this helps,
Ryan
