How to check if OPTI is bad ?

How to check if OPTI is bad ?
My car has been hesitating above 3 grand and idles rough.
It hesitates so bad it feels like it's rev limiter is 3 grand. Is there
a way to check if the opti is bad. Thanks

Have you done a scan for DTC's?

16,36,42 from my experience would be a major hint.
