How do I take the steering wheel off

I bought a steering column complete with steering wheel minus the airbag. I plan to use my original column but swap the wheel and SIR coil. I can't figure out how to get the airbag off my old steering wheel. Also, I can't figure out how to get the SIR coil off the donor column. Can you guys help me out?

To get the airbag off, undo the 4 bolts on the back of the steering wheel.

dissable theaire bag by pulling the SIR fuse and disconnecting the yellow SIR conector under teh dash. then wait for a few mins.

Then you can take off the 4 bolts at the back of the air bag,

after that remove the nut holding the wheel on. you will need a puller to get the wheel off,

if you want to remove the clock spring (coil) you need whats called a "lock plate tool" to compress the spring and remove the snap ring and it will pull of after you dissconect the harness.. you might be able to get the snap ring off without it if you can get a good grip on it
