I believe the Dynotech Racing Engines you referred to is run by Ricky Stenhouse who builds sprint car engines and I'm sure other short track engines. His sprint car engines run very well. He also raced sprint cars for quite a while and now his son is racing and doing very well, even landed a ride with Kasey Kahne's USAC team. I would check into Dynotech further, they know what they are doing with racing engines and since it sounds like they are local to you, they would probably be easier to do business with.
