how much would it cost

i have to rebuild my engine top and bottom how much do you think it would cost to rebulid if i did it stock

and also if i put performanc parts in it

Yup unless you are friends with somebody that will work on your car for pretty close to that. If you add up all the parts you will need for the rebuild you can add about 2000 to 3000 in machine and labor work. Its not cheap and thats why most people on the board learn about their engines fast, inside and out.

Edit: sorry 2000 to 3000 being not stock and going to a stroker.

Let me clarify:
$2.5k stock, $10k modified with performance parts (whatever that specifically means). Depending on your definitions and goals, your could add to or subtract from that number. The question is pretty broad.
