I am currently trying to get my water pump off to get to the optispark. Here is a pic of the driver side bolt. I took off the nut, but there appears to be a piece of metal then another nut that is keeping it in. This is the only 1 of the 6 bolts that has this design. Doesn't seem to be like anyone else has described. The piece of metal seems stuck and refuses to move. I am unsure if there is an unknown bolt holding it in place. Anyone else have this problem? Thank you

You have to remove the AIR pump and it's bracket to get to the bolt. The OPs guide is not quite complete.
