hpp need vin cleared?

hpp need vin cleared?
i'm trying to sell an hpp, does it lock the vin so it can only be used on one vehicle? if so how do you clear the vin to sell it, please email me if clearing is necessary.

You have to put it back to stock. Then the VIN will be gone and you can sell it.
