I have starter questions.

My starter croaked on me Friday and I had a few questions before replacing it. Some body told me that the "ministarter" would work and it was cheaper and better. Is this the same starter that is used in big-block trucks or something else? Is it better to go with this starter? And also does any one have an AC-Delco part number for this starter. Thank Ya'll very much.

Get the lt4 starter.
Smaller, stronger, a little queiter and overall just a much nicer unit.

Plus, it's cheaper than the stock replacement from GM..

I got mine from Dal, do a search for an lt4 starter, you should find lots of info.

On a side note--just realized you're from Fort Smith Redneck Z28. Nice to see a local member.
