I think I got a bad lifter. I want to see what you guys think here's what's it's doing.I was out the other day for a ride and one of my pushrods popped off the rocker arm.i put the pushrod back in and adjusted my rocker a 1/4 turn past zero lash and everything seems good. Well I spin the motor by hand to double check everything and all of them is good except this one. When I double check I pull up on the rocker arm and the lifter makes a pop noise and the rocker goes totally loose again. It seems like there's a problem with the plunger or something. I have had problems with this same lifter before it's always been a pita to get adjusted properly. The rest of my lifters are fine this is the only one that acts like this. What do you all think does it sound like it's a bad lifter? Oh by the way the lifters are comps but I'm not sure which ones they are about 4 years old. Also comp sa rocker arms and comp pushrods.
