I have 275/40/17 Kumho's and I love them. Real sticky on dry and semi wet pavement, snow is a no go though.

Any one ever use Kuhmo Victoracer V700`s before.I am getting a set of ZR1 rims with 17x11 rears. I am considering trying them in 315-35-17

i absolutely hate my nittos. i replaced my front (stock T-rated 235-55-16) Eagle GTII's with Nitto Extremes (W rated, 245-50-16) and no lie, they are worse than the bald GTII's. on the way to the tire shop i took an tight off ramp at 60mph with my worn stock eagles and felt comfortable! With my Nittos I have not been able to top 50mph without the front of the car sliding/squealing! I guess i get what i paid for though, wish i would have tried the more expensive BFG's now. I'm gonna run the Nittos though untill I find some bigger wheels.

Yeah, I heard that allot about them too...but I realized that most people that complained about turning problems had smaller wheel widths.

did you say you had your Nittos in the front? The only reason for getting Nittos is to get them in the back... get some firehawk sz50s up front like me 275 front 285 nitto 555rs back. Just dont drive in the rain/snow!

got my firehawk SZ50's today Went to firestone, they quoted me 270 a tire, told them about tirerack, and he matched the price. Not a bad deal at all, since I didnt have to pay shipping. These tires are badass, it was raining on the way home and they stick like glue. You could drag race in the rain with them if you wanted to.

These are really nice tires. They stick very well. The only bad thing about them is when they start going bald, they start getting noisy.

Kumho Ecsta MX tires are a great value. In a test against BFG KDs and Michilin Pilot Sports (tow of the best tires out there) the Kumhos held their own, and were just as good as the other two, at a fraction of the cost.
