idle air control valve

my question is could the idle air control valve cause the car to bog once its under load ? mis alittle possibly ? if it was dirty ? because my car idles fine .

Not likely; very little air passes through this valve and it's metered air so the engine management system is adjusting your fuel injectors to match.

ok well i just took my throttle body off and cleaned the Idle air valve ... everything super clean now i start the car back up after putting everything back together now the car is idleing at 1500rpm ... really! high ! ,normally its like 600ish what did i do ?

How did you clean it? You are not supposed to get any solvent in the motor, or you will damage it. You are not supposed to move the pintle by hand or you will damage it. Shoebox has a "reset" procedure - see if this works:
