idle issues

hey guys, got my le2 heads/le2.2 cam up and running (again, haha). Before I was having issues with it backfiring, but a new PCM tune from the "other" guy fixed that. But I still have a different problem. When I'm driving the car, it runs great, but when I throw the clutch in and come to a stop, it almost wants to die, it will drop down to 200-300 rpm's, but I quick throw it a small rev to keep it going, and it continues idle at the 700 range. What on earth could be causing this? I'm going to see if a friend will come over and data log for me to see if that helps. I'm on a stock tb/intake/bottom end if that means anything. Thanks guys!

Aren't most vehicles programmed to raise the idle when the car is rolling to a stop. In other words, it watches the VSS signal and raises the idle somewhat until the VSS signal gets below a predetermined point?????? Not entirely sure how it does it but all my vehicles raise the idle while rolling to a stop. 94Z, 99 Vortec truck and a 2001 Durango.

Need to ask the guys doing the programs. Maybe the first guy left it out and the second guy didn't catch it. This is all speculation mind you worth investigation.
