idle stays high temporaly,

at say stop lights it take like 5 - 10 seconds for idle to drop to normal, it only stays roughly 500 and does settle eventualy, it this normal on these, or vacum leak somewhere, any ideas let me know thanks

I found that after I cleaned my TB my idle would hang...the TB blades looked like they fully closed upon inspection. I put some oil on a Q-tip and dabbed it on the blade rod where it intersects the TB and the problem was cured.
