Question If you've taken off your AIR please read. 93 & 94 specific

From 93 to 94 GM changed the AIR system, taking it from the #8 cyclinder to taking it from #2 cylinder. With this revision GM decided to route the lines different. No longer did the route it behind the engine, but went around the front (and under). My question is how do these two lines hook together in the 94 system? Is it a Y pipe or did they use two different pumps for the two years. Where the 94 pump would have two inlets????
