improve gas mileage?
Well my car is at 79k miles only mod is flow master exhause and i only get 12 mpg without getting on her. Any suggestions for me to improve my gas mileage? I heard i should change the o2 sims is this correct?

Not the o2 sims, but o2 sensors.
If they've never been changed before, then yes, you could try changing those, but I'd do a complete tune up first, if one hasn't been done recently.

give her a tune up (plugs and wires), inflate your tires, take out extra weight (get rid of tire/jack combo and get fixaflat), get some fuel injector cleaners or some mystery oil (its at advancedautoparts), and yeah change out your 02 sensors if they have a lot of miles on them...
