Injectors not firing....

I am working on a 94 Transam and the #3 and #5 injectors are not firing. We have tried checking all the grounds and that still has not cured the problem. We have also swapped PCM's with another 94 LT1 and still no luck. Is there anything yall can suggest ?? We are about to pull a ing. control module off and try that. Any help is app.

Did you try swapping around the injectors and see if the problem follows the injector?

3 and 5 are on the same fuse as 2 and 8. You might want to double check that fuse. If you check the injector with an ohmmeter it should be ~12 ohms. The pink wire to each injector should be getting 12v with the key ON.

The ICM is not going to have anything to do with individual injector firing.

We have 12 volts to the injectiors with the ing. on. Where is the ground for the pcm?? The injectors are fine. Whats weird is that with a injector noid on #3 or #5 it will fire the quit. You can have it there firing for a long period but when plugged back into the injector it stops. Thanks for the quick replys guys.

Does anyone have a diagram to show where all the pcm grounds are located?

Grounds for the pcm should be one of the wires on the coil stud and one on the stud on the block, just above the starter. It wouldn't hurt to be sure the braided ground strap on the coil stud is ok as well.

Did you look at the injectors with an ohmmeter to be sure they were close to 12 ohms?
