which injectors, tb, and afpr to use?
hey i just recently did a le2 package on my car with jet hot lts and tr6 spark plugs, i am going to send my pcm out to get tunned for 32 lb injectors what i want to know is what is a good company for injectors, 58 mm tb and a ajustable fuel pressure regulater, i would like to keep the price down a bit, also should i raise the fuel pressure when i put the biger injectors on with a tune?

I paging through todays topics I saw Racetronics post on their 32lbs. injectors, those would be a good choice too, maybe check with the tuner you plan too use and see if he has a preference.

If you find some FMS or SVO injectors rated at 2.7bar (39.15psi) operating pressure, they will flow about 5% more than rated when you operate them at 3bar (43.5psi).

Does anybody have a part number for the 30 lb SVO's?
Would they be a better choice than Accel 36 lb/hr? I can do my own pcm tuning. Would the 30 lb/hr rating confuse the PCM and cause it to run rich? Or would it be better to use the SVO's and enter a 32 lb/hr value?

Summit Racing
FMS-M9593B302 Fuel Injectors, 30 lbs./hr., EV1-Type, Ford/Lincoln/Mercury, Set of 8
$219.88
I would set them for what they actually flow with out LT1. 32(31.5 lbs. to be exact) using 5% more flow at our operating pressure 43.5 psi

I would stay away from the Accel injectors, from what I have heard they have some quality issues. Although I have also heard that the smaller injectors like 24's had more of a problem, I just wouldn't risk having a problem, especially since the SVO's are cheaper.

www.racetronix.com The 32 lb injector is a Delphi/Lucas injector. I bought the 37 lb injector for my 383. These things look great and they are a high quality injector. For an extra $20 you could have real 32 lb injectors without having to put anything with the "blue oval" on your car .....cause at least Ford circled the problem!

The proper injector constant must be entered.
