Question Installed springs shocks, rotors...and now loud squeeking noise

After installing Bilstein shocks, DMS springs, and new rear rotors I get a loud squeeking noise when turning left. My friend thinks it's because the rear pads haven't "adjusted" to the new rotors and they're making the noise. Should I just drive it and let it settle in or could something else be wrong? Thanks for any help.

did you put the pad w/the squealer on the piston side of the caliper or the outside?
