Intermittent noise on LT1

I have an intermittent noise on my LT1 that I can't find the cause of. I removed each spark plug one at a time and started the engine each time. The noise remained. I then removed the serpentine belt and started the engine for a moment, but the noise remained. The driveplate is also in perfect condition. I posted a video on Youtube of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4qZTr2CDhY Please look at it and let me know what you think the source of the noise is. Thanks for any input

Oil pressure is perfect. I thought it may be an exhaust issue with the driver's side cat. but hitting it won't create any rattling. I'm at a loss right now, pretty convinced it's not a rod/bearing/piston issue which is good news. Thanks for looking into it.

Im not sure if you have an automatic tranny, but check for loose torque converter bolts. Does the sounds get faster if you rev the car?

87bandit - yes the oil/filter are new, less than 50 miles on it.

zz95 - yes it's an auto, and it does seem to get faster as it's reved. i took a quick look at the torque converter while i have the cover off to look at the driveplate but didn't look at the bolts (which from what i've read/dealt with seem to be an issue at times). I will check the bolts specifically tomorrow. How will I tell if the bolts are loose/broken...will I be able to move the torque converter?

UPDATE: I examined the driveplate/torque converter and didn't find anything myself, but took it to the shop yesterday so they could look at it better. They called this morning and said the driveplate has a crack right down the middle of it. So that's the source of that noise on the video in my initial post. Thanks to everyone for your help, and to zz95 for bringing up the torque converter.
