Could you post up a flow sheet of one of the intake and exhaust ports for these heads, along with the criteria used to achieve those results?

Haha very correct on that one..unless boost or some gas is involved. If the request is N/A..can't help ya there lol.

Certainly,
Now the biggest thing to keep in mind here is that a stock LT1 intake port measures 170cc..these heads end up in the 175-177cc range! so very little material is removed to get these numbers with the stock valves!

Old Geezer Heads

Intake / Exhaust

.100" 72.4 56.0

.200" 138.5 117.8

.300" 188.6 152.3

.400" 228.9 170.3

.500" 257.6 176.8

.550" 260.8 179.9

.600" 254.9 183.7

That is with stock valves, 4.030" bore fixture with a radius inlet and no pipe on the exhaust.

Very respectable numbers, especially since the CC of the port is only 177.

Thanks alot!
We are going to test the cam with our stage 2 heads as well just to see what happens to low end tq production. I'm sure the power numbers will jump and peak tq as well, but low end might suffer. we'll see. Thanks for the kind words though.

I was just going to ask if you have tested this cam with your stage 2 heads? Interested in the results.
