ok so I bought a 95 Camaro with some issues... I replaced the opti,, fixed one issue, however, now it is saying tps reading too low, and egr default. I replaced the tps and that changed nothing, and the EGr has a block plate on it. Is there a way to fix this without buying a tuner? I tried to unplug the battery and reset it, but that did nothing. also the car idles between 1500-2000 RPM. Is this an issue because of the TPS???

First rule: Don't automatically replace a sensor for a fault. Always check for voltage at the sensor. Then as the case of the TPS, you can vary the position and confirm there is a varying voltage. And if all that is not getting back to the PCM, then go ahead and change the suspect sensor.
At the PCM measure the voltage from the black connector pin 6 to the clear or white connector pin 22 with the dk blue wire on it. Move the throttle and see if it goes from above .23 volts to near 5 volts at WOT.
If it's lower than .2, check the supply voltage to the TPs on the black PCM connector pin 28 with the grey wire. If it's low try disconnecting other sensors one at a time to see if it comes back up to 5 volts. The MAP and the 2 AC sensors are also fed from this reference line.
