This is my engine:

It written:"Special roller timing chain set" so i suppose its the Lt4 one.

It seems like there isn't much you can do, but take the timing cover off and see what's going on in there. Kind of sucks to already have to taking stuff apart. You may want to contact Pace and see if they'll pay for it to be fixed, or atleast pay for the parts.

No warranty on the engine

But what could cause this?

I took off the plug for the crank sensor ans there is no metal chips.
