twistedwedge, do you all ever run at London? If you ever do let me know I'd love to see this car in action? Also what kind of intake is he using?

Re: Jason Warren on a comeback

Well, we finally made it to Beech Bend yesterday for a couple passes. The car went a 9.33@142 best pass, but still has major issues with missing. For some reason, it still has a bad miss above 6,000 and we cant find it. He ran good 1/8 mile times, but the car fell off hard on the big end due to missing. Jason thought it may have been too rich, leaned it out a little and most likely hurt a head gasket. Looks like were going to spend some more time chasing down that miss-and most likely wont be back out until spring.

Ill get a video posted up soon for those interested.

FINALLY got my video camera back and posted up a vid of both passes:

9.33@142

9.36@143

the second video I got right beside the track so the quality is a little better.

Not sure where you will see this post first but for comparison for those not wanting to dump that much N20 into their motors, what does this car run N/A?

I remember seeing this car in GMHTP...impressive.

Thanks for the comments!

Shon-

The car is set up for nitrous. The cam profile is for nitrous, the entire engine is based on nitrous. It makes huge hp and even more tq gains on the spray.. The car ran a 9.74@133 on a 150 shot if thats any comparison for less nitrous dumped in the motor..... Cant say enough about the TNT kit btw.. there isnt a TB plate kit that can touch it IMO.

As for GMHTP they turned him down last time he brought the subject up. It hasnt been featured as of yet. Im not sure as to the reason!

1.33 60'

5.91@117 1/8

Car has been a best of 1.28 60' and 5.87@117.18 1/8.

If it wasnt missing so friggin bad, he would have definitely dug deeper into the 9's... The car has always ran 30 more mph from the 1/8 to 1/4 before. You can see how it fell off upstairs (anything above 6k rpm misses badly). Next spring well be back with improvements..prolly cam change and definitely misfire resolved!
